The EXD and EXR Radial Extruders have been a mainstay of low-pressure extrusion for over 30 years. Twin screws transport material into the extrusion zone where tapered extrusion blades wipe material through perforated screens.

The patented TDG Twin Dome Granulatorâ„¢ offers high capacity twin screw extrusion through a hemi-spherical die that allows for uniform distribution of extrusion pressure and shear. Some materials are suitable for extrusion down to 300-600 micron.

   Basket Extrusion
The BR Basket Extruder is the lowest pressure extruder available on the market. Material enters by gravity and is wiped through perforated screens by extrusion blades. The gap between blade and screen is adjustable.

The EXDF Frontal Extruder has twin screws that transport material and push it to a frontal plate, allowing somewhat higher pressure than the other Fuji Paudal extruders. Normally used when particles larger than 2 mm are desired.
